What began nine years ago making birthday cakes for her daughter has grown into a passion for crafting custom cakes for weddings, quinceañeras, and life's most meaningful moments.
Baking came naturally to her. Years of formal training in food service management in Mexico, hands-on experience in the professional kitchens of the renowned Camino Real Hotel in Villahermosa, and time spent managing a cafe gave her the foundation. But it was that first homemade birthday cake—made with a mother's love—that showed her what she really wanted to create: cakes that feel as special as the moments they celebrate.
Word spread, one happy customer at a time. Today, Tres Leches House of Cakes—a name that honors her Mexican heritage—is known for stunning custom creations that bring people together.
The Philosophy
Everything is made from scratch, and Jess wouldn't have it any other way.
